Founded back in 1929, the Omnibus Society is today a widely respected nationwide organisation offering comprehensive facilities and activities for anyone with a serious interest in the rapidly changing bus and coach industry.
Whether your prime interest lies in past or present operations, company or route history, fleet changes or any other aspects, the Omnibus Society will keep you informed and take you behind the scenes. Meetings of the Society, in venues across the country, are regularly addressed by leading figures from within the industry and we run a series of study tours.
COVID-19: The Society’s management team has decided that as there is much uncertainty in the current pandemic, in the best interests of everyone, all events (meeting, tours and visits), until the end of December 2020, will be cancelled. Further details on our news page.
