Website - password reset problems

If you need help resetting your password

A small number of members still seem to be having difficulty in resetting their password for the website - if you are one of these please email andrew.tyldsley@omnibus-society.org giving your membership number and Andrew will assist you at the earliest opportunity.

UPDATE WED 29 NOVEMBER - 12:15

We have investigated the issue and we would like you to try resetting your password again.

Please go to the login page on the website

https://www.omnibus-society.org/login

then go to “To reset your password CLICK HERE” and click.

When the next screen comes up enter your membership number and press “reset password” – this will send an email to your registered email address and you need to follow the instructions in that email.

PLEASE CHECK your spam/junk folders as occasionally this email may be delivered to them.

You need to open the email in the same device/browser that you requested the reset from.

We are aware that some members are experiencing problems resetting their password in order to access the new website.

We are investigating this as a priority and we will provide updates here and/or directly to the affected members.
