ST, DL and acquired vehicle histories
New publication in 2 volumes now available
As a continuation of the vehicle history series published by the late John Hambley, LHRG is please to publish the illustrated vehicle histories of the ST, DST, DL and acquired double-deck TD, TC and MY classes.
The data has been prepared from LGOC/LPTB vehicle cards by Alan Bond and Les Stitson and edited and introduced by Peter Osborn.
In common with the earlier books, information given for each bus includes body and chassis details, overhaul dates, garage allocations and disposal information. In two volumes: volume 1 includes the introduction and ST 1-600; volume 2 covers ST 601-1140, DST, DL, TD, TC and MY classes.
The books follow the format of the earlier two-volume work covering the LS, LT and LTC classes, which has now sold out. A further two volumes covering the T class and acquired 1930s single-deckers will follow in due course.
