Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Scottish Branch will be held in the Findlay Room at the B. & B. Edinburgh, 3 Rothesay Terrace, Edinburgh at 14.00. Nominations for the posts of Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Distribution Officer and membership of the Committee should be sent to me with the approval of the nominee and a seconder. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor of the meeting. A ballot will be held to determine the programme for 2016 and proposals for inclusion in this should reach me not later than Saturday 28th November, 2015. Suggestions for tours, vehicles to be used and meetings will also be accepted from the floor of the meeting.
