Friday 11th to Sunday 13th May 2018: A weekend based at the Three Counties Hotel, Hereford, to visit operators in Hereford area. A number of rooms have been reserved at the Three Counties Hotel, Belmont Road, Hereford HR2 7BP, off the A465 road, some 1.9 miles from Hereford's shops and restaurants. There is a regular bus service (Yeomans 74) from the city centre to the end of the access road to the hotel, every 12 mins daytime and ev30mins evening. The weekend comprises of

• Bed and breakfast for the nights of Friday 11th and Saturday 12 th May

• Friday evening; Saturday tour; Saturday evening dinner; Sunday tour

• Additional nights’ accommodation can only be booked via the hotel.
