Common-sense Approach to Data-driven Scheduling

Andy Foster, Director of Bus Planning, National Express West Midlands, will look at how using real-time data has enabled them to improve operations for the benefit of the passenger. The use of “AI” solutions in scheduling is a subject that generates a lot of debate and Andy will outline how the use of data has had a positive effect on schedules at National Express West Midlands.
