Midland Branch visit to Nottingham area

Coach from Birmingham and Stapleford

Visit to Nottingham City Transport at Trent Bridge, Queens Drive Park & Ride to see the CT4N fleet, Skills and hopefully one further operator.  There will also be a lunchbreak in Nottingham city centre (use the Park & Ride from Queens Drive).

Pick ups at Birmingham, Colmore Row Stop SH1 at 0900, and Stapleford (on road adjacent to car park) at 1005. (Please note we will not be calling at Phoenix Park Park & Ride). 

We expect to return to Stapleford for 1700 and Birmingham for 1800.

 

Our system for visit bookings has changed.

Bookings will continue to be accepted by email, phone, text or letter. To help the committee and our volunteers our preferred option is by email, but we do acknowledge that this may not be possible for all members.

You are able to book for one visit or a series of visits at the same time using the contacts noted below.

In your application, whether by email text message or phone, please include:-

• your name and your mobile number,
• a contact number of your next of kin,
• your preferred pick-up point, and
• the visit(s) for which you are booking.
• For your guests, please supply the same information.

There is no need to fill in a booking form as previously.

Booking acknowledgements will be sent by email (or text/voicemail for phone bookings) no later than four days prior to the visit. Should you apply within four days of the visit it may not always be possible to send an acknowledgement, but you will be included on the list of applicants.

Your Visit Leader’s name and mobile number will be published in the Midland Branch Bulletin for each visit. This is for information and should only be used for emergency purposes.
