Out postponed 2022 Presidential Address now takes place in London on 28th June.
Our President, Jane Cole, is Managing Director of Blackpool Transport and her Address will be 'A Vision for Creating History'.
Jane has been managing director of Blackpool Transport since October 2014, having previously been Business Manager for Virgin Trains for more than 17 years.
As well as being President of the Omnibus Society she is also President of the Confederation of Passenger Transport, the Light Rail Tram Association and the North West Lancashire Chamber of Commerce. Jane was recently voted Business Woman of the Year at the Northern Enterprise Vision Awards.
The Presidential Address will take place at 18.30 at One Great George Street, Westminster, London SW1P 3AA, which is the home of the Institution of Civil Engineers. It is just off Parliament Square, close to Westminster station (Circle Line, District Line and Jubilee Line). Bus routes 3, 11, 12, 24, 53, 87, 88, 148, 159, 211 and 453 stop near Parliament Square.
