The October 2022 LHRG meeting will feature a talk by Andrew Johnston, grandson of Edward Johnston on the development of the iconic Johnston typeface for the Underground and its development for use on bus destination blinds.

The meeting will be held at 18.00 for 18.30 on Thursday, 13 October 2022 at TfL, Palestra, 197 Blackfriars Road, SE1 8NJ (opposite Southwark tube station, buses 40, 63).
