The Bus Archive at Acton: conservation with a few surprises!

Philip Kirk and John Card

The December 2022 LHRG meeting will feature a talk by Philip Kirk and John Card, entitled 'The Bus Archive at Acton: conservation with a few surprises!'  After a career in the bus industry, culminating in running The Oxford Bus Company, Philip retrained as a professional archivist and now runs The Bus Archive.  John Card is the lead volunteer of the London library at Acton, which holds The Bus Archive records relating to the London area.

The meeting be held at 18.00 for 18.30 on Thursday, 8 December 2022 at TfL, Palestra, 197 Blackfriars Road, SE1 8NJ (opposite Southwark tube station, buses 40, 63).
