Following the resolution to the industrial action affecting National Express West Midlands, we can confirm that the visit planned for Saturday 15 April will go ahead and details have now been able to be agreed with NXWM.
The first visit will be to the new site at Perry Barr at 1000 and those members making their own way there should use the Aston Lane entrance. A coach will be arranged from Derby operating direct to Perry Barr.
Onward travel to Walsall will be on the 51 bus which is operated by the fleet of hydrogen fuelled Wright Streetdecks. After a visit to Walsall depot, there will be free time in Walsall before moving on to visits at Chaserider and Select.
Please ensure you contact Richard Morgan to book your place and if you intend driving to Perry Barr, we need the vehicle registration number. Hi-vis vests will be required.
