Graham Smith starts off the new calendar year with the first part of “At last . . . the 1968 show” with his black and white material taken fifty years ago, in 1968, in Reading, and on visits to Newbury, Basingstoke, Northampton, Nottingham, Mansfield, Winchester, Southampton, Salisbury, and Lincolnshire.
Green Room at Challney High School for Boys, Stoneygate Road, Luton, LU4 9TJ at 7.30pm for 8.00pm. (if an alternative room has been arranged, details will be posted at the entrance).
All interested in buses, coaches or road passenger transport are welcome — there’s no membership requirement but there is a charge of £4 per head for attendance at each meeting, to cover the room hire costs.
The school is adjacent to M1 Junction 11 and the Halfway Avenue/Travelodge bus stop on Dunstable Road, served by Arriva Buslink service Z, Arriva service 31 (Luton-Dunstable), and Stagecoach service 99 to and from Milton Keynes.
Please ensure you arrive prior to 7.45pm and enter the building by the front entrance. Cars should be parked in the approach to the Main Entrance in front of the building.
