Herts & Beds Group: 'Have Brownie – will travel!'

20 Jul 2022

Graham Smith

Graham Smith first took bus photographs – anywhere except in the Luton and Dunstable area (it was too familiar!) – using a Kodak Brownie 44A camera 60 years ago this month, in July 1962 whilst on holiday in the Isle of Wight. A selection of these black & white photos and others from 1963, mostly using the same camera, will be presented.

From 19.00hrs in The Catherine Suite, in The Old Palace Lodge Hotel, Church Street, Dunstable LU5 4RT (200 metres east of Church Street stop for BusWay services A, B, C and Z and services 31, 70 and F77).

Members and non-members equally welcome, but a donation of £1 per head would be appreciated to cover ancillary costs.
