New LHRG publications - Motor Omnibus Routes in London
Orders being taken for 11A, vol 3 to be revised and reissued
LHRG are pleased to announce that the last in the present series of Motor Omnibus Routes in London, volume 11A covering 1933-1934, is currently at the printers. Orders are now being taken, by post or email, details here. The price is £13 plus £2 P&P.
MORiL represent a complete list of motor bus routes in London, operated by LGOC from 1899 to December 1934. Volume 11A covers the last days of the General and the first of London Transport, and includes full details of the route renumbering on 3 October 1934. Acquired operators' routes are covered from the date of acquisition. The book is illustrated with period photographs and comprises 232 pages.
In addition, work is well advanced on a second edition of MORiL volume 3 (January 1913 - February 1915), which has been out of print for some time. More information will be provided shortly.
